Once you have had a quote and you decide you want to secure a booking for your event, simply send a Booking Fee of £200 payable to:

It is advisable to notify me that a cheque is in the post just in case someone else makes a payment. That way I can hold the date for 7 days pending its arrival for you.

Please check on the Availability page that your date has not been taken before paying the Booking Fee. Once your Booking Fee is received, a booking will be secured for you and a Booking Confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

  1. A non-refundable Booking Fee of £200 is required to secure a booking.
  2.  The balance is required by cheque or BACS seven days in advance of the event.
  3.  The minimum setting-up requirements for the Regular size system are: Space; 8ft x 4ft. Time; 45min. Power; 2 walled sockets.
  4.  The minimum setting-up requirements for the Large system are: Space; 12ft x 4ft. Time; 90min. Power; 2 walled sockets.
  5.  To prevent damage to my equipment the PA volume will not exceed 2db below the limit of a venues sound-limiter.
  6.  Bookings are non-transferable four months before the event date.
